Restore a lifetime purchase

  1. Sign into Google Play with the same Google account used for the original purchase.
  2. Install or update FLO from Google Play and connect to the internet.
  3. Open FLO’s purchase screen and select Restore purchases. Allow purchase verification to finish.
  4. If access is still missing, check the purchase appears in Google Play’s order history, then contact us. If needed, send the Google Play order ID privately by email. Do not buy again.

The upgrade is a one-time non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. There is no renewal to cancel. One purchase unlocks all three premium Pigeon Link destinations: Go Outside, Task Outside and Task Inside. Previously verified lifetime ownership works offline indefinitely, including after restarting FLO, without a reconnection deadline. Buying or restoring requires internet. Reinstalling, clearing app data or changing devices may require online Restore with the same Google Play account. A network or verification failure does not remove previously verified access and is not proof that no purchase exists: do not buy again. Previously verified owners may refresh online without blocking offline access. Trusted online confirmation of a refund/revocation removes access; FLO cannot detect refunds or revocations while offline. Manual tasks, manual Go Outside and Link Open App remain free. Reminder troubleshooting

The pigeon does not appear

Check FLO is not paused, the current app is not excluded, and Android’s display-over-other-apps and usage-access permissions are enabled for FLO. Check notification and background/battery restrictions on your device. Device manufacturers can limit background operation.

I want the reminders to stop

Pause FLO in the app. You can also revoke overlay or usage-access permissions in Android settings, force-stop FLO or uninstall it. Clearing local app data may reset preferences; it does not cancel or refund a purchase.

I have a privacy request

Email monday@halim-jarrar.de with the kind of request, including a request to delete data. We may need information to identify the relevant purchase or anonymous RevenueCat record and verify that it belongs to you. Clearing app data does not delete Google Play or RevenueCat records; deletion requests may be limited by applicable retention obligations. Avoid attaching sensitive histories or health information. Restaurar la compra

  1. Inicia sesión en Google Play con la misma cuenta usada para comprar.
  2. Instala o actualiza FLO desde Google Play y conéctate a internet.
  3. Abre la pantalla de compra de FLO y selecciona Restaurar compras. Espera a que termine la verificación.
  4. Si falta el acceso, comprueba el historial de pedidos de Google Play y contacta con nosotros. Si hace falta, envía el identificador del pedido por email privado. No compres otra vez.

La mejora es una compra única no consumible, no una suscripción. No hay renovación que cancelar. Una compra desbloquea los tres destinos prémium de Pigeon Link: Salir, Tarea afuera y Tarea adentro. La compra de por vida ya verificada funciona sin conexión indefinidamente, incluso tras reiniciar FLO, sin plazo para volver a conectarte. Comprar o restaurar requiere internet. Reinstalar, borrar los datos o cambiar de dispositivo puede requerir restaurar en línea con la misma cuenta de Google Play. Un error de red o de verificación no elimina el acceso ya verificado ni demuestra que no exista una compra: no compres otra vez. Para quienes ya tienen una compra verificada puede actualizarse en línea sin bloquear el acceso sin conexión. Una confirmación fiable en línea de reembolso o revocación retira el acceso; FLO no puede detectarlos sin conexión. Las tareas manuales, Salir manualmente y Abrir app mediante Link siguen siendo gratuitos. Para reembolsos, consulta la ayuda de Google Play o escríbenos.

Recordatorios y privacidad

Si la paloma no aparece, comprueba que FLO no esté pausado, que la app actual no esté excluida y que estén activos los permisos de superposición y acceso de uso. Revisa las restricciones de notificaciones, batería y segundo plano.

Para detener los recordatorios, pausa FLO, revoca permisos, fuerza su cierre o desinstálalo desde Android. Borrar datos locales puede restablecer preferencias, pero no cancela ni reembolsa una compra. Para solicitudes de privacidad o supresión de datos, escribe al email anterior. Podemos necesitar información para identificar la compra o el registro anónimo de RevenueCat y verificar que te pertenece. Borrar los datos de la app no elimina los registros de Google Play o RevenueCat; las obligaciones de conservación aplicables pueden limitar la supresión. Consulta la política de privacidad.
