These terms cover Freedom Lives Outside (FLO) for Android and this website. Provider details are on Support / Provider information.
Using FLO
FLO is a personal wellbeing and phone-use reminder tool. It is not medical treatment, diagnosis, a monitoring service or emergency assistance. Use reminders and suggested activities only when safe; do not interact with your phone while driving or doing something that needs your attention.
You may use the app for your personal use. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or infringe others’ rights. Applicable third-party software licences remain in effect.
Lifetime upgrade
The Pigeon Link lifetime upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable Google Play purchase unlocking all three premium Pigeon Link destinations: Go Outside, Task Outside and Task Inside. It is not a subscription: no recurring payment, trial conversion or automatic renewal. The base price in the United States is US$5; Google Play displays the price, currency and applicable taxes for your region before confirmation.
“Lifetime” means the purchased unlock has no scheduled expiry or renewal charge. It does not promise that every future product is included or that Android, Google Play or other third-party services will remain available forever. Mandatory rights concerning the purchased digital content, updates and remedies are unaffected.
Payment and restoration
Google Play handles checkout. RevenueCat validates purchases and manages access and restoration. Use the same Google Play account that made the purchase and select Restore purchases in the app when reinstalling or changing Android devices. Internet is needed for the initial purchase and restoration. Once verified, lifetime ownership is stored on the device and remains usable offline indefinitely, including after app restarts, with no mandatory reconnection or access-expiry deadline. Reinstalling, clearing app data or changing devices may require online Restore. Network errors or unverified responses do not erase previously verified ownership. Previously verified owners may receive a nonblocking online refresh; trusted current confirmation that ownership has been refunded/revoked removes access. FLO cannot detect refunds or revocations while offline, so access can persist until trusted online reconciliation. Manual tasks, manual Go Outside and Link Open App remain free. Do not purchase again to resolve a missing unlock; contact support.
Refunds and consumer rights
For a refund, use Google Play’s order/refund help or contact monday@halim-jarrar.de. Eligibility depends on applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranty rights or remedies for defective digital content. Any required consent concerning immediate supply and withdrawal rights is handled in the checkout flow, not assumed merely by reading these terms.
Availability and changes
Operation depends on compatible Android hardware, permissions and system restrictions. Features may change to address platform changes, security or reliability. Material changes to these terms will be identified here; changes do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights from an existing purchase.

Uso de FLO
Estas condiciones se aplican a Freedom Lives Outside para Android y a este sitio. Consulta los datos del prestador. FLO es una herramienta personal de bienestar y recordatorios, no tratamiento médico, diagnóstico ni asistencia de emergencia. Realiza las actividades solo cuando sea seguro. No uses el móvil al conducir ni en situaciones que exijan atención.
Puedes usar la app para uso personal. No interfieras con su funcionamiento ni vulneres derechos de terceros. Se mantienen las licencias del software de terceros.
Mejora de por vida
La mejora desbloquea los tres destinos prémium de Pigeon Link (Salir, Tarea afuera y Tarea adentro) mediante una compra única no consumible en Google Play. No es una suscripción: no hay pagos recurrentes, conversión de prueba ni renovación automática. El precio base en Estados Unidos es 5 USD; se aplica el precio, moneda e impuestos que Google Play muestre antes de confirmar.
«De por vida» significa que el desbloqueo adquirido no tiene vencimiento programado ni coste de renovación. No promete incluir todos los productos futuros ni la disponibilidad eterna de Android, Google Play u otros servicios. No afecta a los derechos obligatorios sobre contenido digital, actualizaciones y soluciones a defectos.
Pagos, restauración y reembolsos
Google Play procesa el pago; RevenueCat valida la compra y gestiona el acceso y su restauración. Usa la misma cuenta de Google Play y selecciona Restaurar compras tras reinstalar o cambiar de dispositivo Android. La compra inicial y la restauración requieren internet. Una vez verificada, la compra de por vida se guarda en el dispositivo y permite usar el acceso sin conexión indefinidamente, incluso tras reiniciar la app, sin reconexión obligatoria ni plazo de caducidad del acceso. Reinstalar, borrar los datos o cambiar de dispositivo puede requerir restaurar en línea. Los errores de red o las respuestas no verificadas no eliminan la compra ya verificada. Para quienes ya tienen una compra verificada puede realizarse una actualización en línea sin bloquear el acceso local; una confirmación actual y fiable de reembolso o revocación retira el acceso. FLO no puede detectar reembolsos ni revocaciones sin conexión, por lo que el acceso puede mantenerse hasta una comprobación fiable en línea. Las tareas manuales, Salir manualmente y Abrir app mediante Link siguen siendo gratuitos. No vuelvas a comprar para solucionar un desbloqueo ausente; contacta con soporte.
Solicita un reembolso mediante la ayuda de pedidos de Google Play o escribiendo a monday@halim-jarrar.de. Se aplican la legislación y las circunstancias de la compra. No se limitan los derechos obligatorios del consumidor ni las garantías legales. Los consentimientos necesarios para suministro inmediato y desistimiento se gestionan en el proceso de compra; no se presuponen por leer estas condiciones.
Disponibilidad y cambios
La app depende de Android compatible, los permisos y las restricciones del sistema. Las funciones pueden cambiar por seguridad, fiabilidad o cambios de plataforma. Los cambios importantes se indicarán aquí sin eliminar retroactivamente derechos obligatorios de compras existentes. Consulta la política de privacidad.
